Make a Change

When we become ready to make a change, it means our minds are open and receptive. We can now consider doing things that in the past may have appeared impossible and we are able to embrace change rather than fight it. In order for a change to take hold, there needs to be a powerful driving force to support it. This power is provided by our willingness to transform.

Think for a moment about your SMART goal. Imagine the roadblocks that have stood in your way in the past. Excuses are available at every obstacle if you choose to give into them.

They were likely was suffering from a man-cold, in that case our thoughts and prayers are with them—however you had that same cold and still managed to cook every dinner, do 6 loads of laundry and keep all the children alive.

As moms we are always able to rise to the occasion.

So let’s.

Picture yourself achieving your goals and know that everyone in this room wants for you what you want for yourself and believes you are capable.

Marianne Williamson said,

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?”
