Water

One of the main solutions to many of life’s aches and pains is to drink more water. But we are often too busy, or focused on putting nutrients and water into our little one’s bodies that we forget to hydrate our own. What about if this week we put some focus on our water consumption. Some tricks for drinking more water that were shared by other moms in past sessions were as follows:

1.      Use a reusable straw.

2.      Try infusing your water with fruit.

3.      Download a water tracking app and use it.

4.      Carry a water bottle around with you everywhere.

5.      Put cups of water in every room of your house and you must finish the cup before you leave that room.  

Water consumption helps with weight loss, metabolism, and even our general mood. Many of our goals are related to physical and mental well-being. Drinking more water is one of the easiest ways we can set ourselves up for success.
