Gratitude

Gratitude is the answer to most things.

Struggling with getting your kids to eat their veggies or something other than what could only be described as college hangover food—we are grateful to have the ability to provide them with enough food everyday.

Struggling with your to-do list, the overwhelming feelings that accompany our little one’s needs, finding the balance required for sanity. We are grateful to have those that need us, love us, and inspire us to be our best selves.

Studies have shown that we can actually rewire our brain when we incorporate gratitude into our daily lives.

It starts when you begin or end your day with a gratitude list. Begin listing all the things you are grateful for as they pop into your head: Your children’s health, your cozy bed, this incredible program of women.

Try it for the remainder of the week and begin to witness the start of a mental transformation when you choose to live with an attitude of gratitude.
